This website is operated by CloneBuzzz Culture. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
2. Products & Orders
All products sold by CloneBuzzz Culture are made-to-order through our third-party fulfillment partner. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where products are mispriced or where fraud is suspected. Product colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor calibration and screen settings. We do not guarantee exact colour accuracy.
3. Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency of your region. South African customers will be charged in South African Rand (ZAR). United Kingdom and international customers will see prices displayed in British Pounds (GBP, £) or their local currency as determined by their location. All transactions are processed in ZAR and converted by your bank or payment provider at the prevailing exchange rate. CloneBuzzz Culture is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or card issuer. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment
We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. CloneBuzzz Culture does not store your payment card details. In the event of a failed transaction, please contact your bank or payment provider in the first instance.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our production partner. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or customs processing. CloneBuzzz Culture is not liable for delays outside of our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details including estimated delivery times by region.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders, including orders shipped to the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. CloneBuzzz Culture has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for any such charges upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. UK customers retain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, brand names, and product imagery, is the property of CloneBuzzz Culture and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from CloneBuzzz Culture.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloneBuzzz Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the original purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
10. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. For customers in the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
